My memory of you was hazy until I saw these photos, and everything just comes rushing back. Cool shades. Is that Sharon Falis's house ? I just connected with her on facebook a few weeks back. She still lives on coal pit hill road. First house at the bottom of the hill.
Yes, the Falis family lived on the right-hand side of the house across the street. Sharon got in touch with me the other day...hadn't spoken to her in years. When I was a little kid, my parents had a record called "The Whole Town's Talking About The Jones Boy", and because your family was the only one I knew at the time with that last name, I thought the song was about you. Heck, I was about 5 ot 6 yrs old then. After I posted the above photo, I was trying to figure out why my hair was so short in front, and I remembered that my mother was nagging me to get a haircut (as my hair was combed forward into my eyes then), so I decided to cut my "bangs" myself, and cut too much off. I recall being really angry at myself for that "hatchet-job" on my hair. Of course now, I would love to have that hair.
